The two balls of Zauberball Crazy could be different lots – we used different lots in our sample and you can’t see the difference. If you want both balls to be the same lot please make a note in your order and we will contact you if we can not accommodate this.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Stocks can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
